Per diem case preparation for immigration firms
You scope it. We prepare it. You review it and you sign it. It stays your file the whole time.
How it works
You send the matter
The file, the deadline, and what you want prepared. Existing firms send it by email. New firms start with a scoping call.
We scope and quote
Flat fee per deliverable wherever the scope holds still, hourly where it will not. You approve before anything starts.
We prepare
Under your instructions, in your format, on your templates when you have them.
You review and sign
The work comes back on the date quoted. Revisions inside the original scope are included.
What we prepare
Turnaround runs from the day the complete file arrives. Rush is available and priced separately. If a date cannot be met, that gets said before the work is accepted, not after.
The supervision structure
Every matter runs under your direction. You scope it, you review it, you sign it, and it stays your file. Simplarity is not a law firm. It does not give legal advice, take clients, set client fees, or appear anywhere. What it does is prepare the work product you would otherwise be drafting at eleven at night: the declaration, the evidence index, the RFE response, the brief with the record cites already checked. Renee Waite meets the qualifications in California Business and Professions Code section 6450(c) and works exclusively under attorney direction, which is the arrangement the statute contemplates and the one your carrier expects to see.
